Technical Support Technician

J.M. Neil is seeking Technical Support Technician's who are innovative and have a passion toward problem solving. The Technical Support Technician supports internal employees, vendors, and partners with network related issues.  This position requires a high level of customer service through email, messaging, and phone.  The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning new technical skills and the drive to grow within a company.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure individually and with a team
  • Must be able to prioritize and work diligently
  • Ability to quickly learn new tools and systems
  • Ability to work any assigned shift

Preferred Skills:

  • Security, application support, command line, PowerPoint, Word, Excel
  • TCP/IP networking
  • Scripting experience is desired
  • Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) is a plus
  • Unix experience is highly desired
  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) is a plus
  • Troubleshooting
  • Information security
  • Customer service skills

Training will be provided upon hire.
