Work Schedule Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately; notifies company personnel of visitor arrival; maintains security and telecommunications system.
Duties:
* Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
* Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions..
* Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

Service Writer ($12-$17/hr.)
Work Schedule Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
Service writers are key players in shops. They are responsible for maximizing the efficiency, revenue and productivity of the service department and achieving the highest levels of customer satisfaction. Service writers are members of the shop management team, collaborating with colleagues in parts and repair departments to improve the overall performance and profitability of the business. The Service Writer will be managing the incoming calls and interacting with customers.

Requirements: Awesome computer literacy and outstanding organizational skills.

Long term this candidate is going to be groomed to do shop write ups, manage all maintenance paperwork, and delegate work order assignments to mechanics.

Diesel Mechanic (Pay Range $20-$27/hr.)
The work schedule is flexible to the associate’s needs. 8am-5pm; 9am-6pm; or 7am-4pm
Associate will need to own a tool set.

Client is looking for Class 8 truck technicians who want a challenging career in the transportation industry. We are looking to fill positions in all skill levels from diesel engine techs capable of working on new electronic engines to PM techs to perform preventive maintenance and general truck and trailer repairs and everything in between. Training available on specific systems and electronic engines.
Job Duties include but are not limited to:
• Perform accurate and complete vehicle inspections (DOT, PM)
• Perform electronic engine diagnostics and repairs
• Perform ABS diagnostics and repairs
• Perform HVAC diagnostics and repairs
• Perform electrical systems diagnostics and repairs
• Perform air brake diagnostics and repairs
• Perform suspension and steering diagnostics and repairs
• Perform PM maintenance accurately and efficiently
• Ability to use technical manuals and resources for diagnose and repair
• Provide accurate documentation on repair orders for work performed

Dismantle (Pay Range $11-$14/hr.)
Work Schedule: M-F 8am to 4:30

Sense of urgency required! This is a production role. Prepare and sort materials or products for recycling. Dismantle components of products such as desktops, laptops, and Ipods.
• Take apart computers and properly dispose of internal products into the right wastebaskets.

• This facility is a secured warehouse so high level of responsibility and integrity working with customer equipment

Apple/MAC Tech ($42,000-$45,000/yr.)
Major Responsibilities include:

Provide high-quality hardware and software support for internal and external stakeholders.
Prioritize and efficiently respond to incoming requests; escalate support issues to additional support teams as appropriate.
Strong project management skills and communication.
Develop and implement IT training programs and materials.
Facilitate the development and implementation of information services, resources, and technology.
Evaluate new equipment, software, and processes continuously and recommend changes as appropriate.
Maintain hardware and software inventory.

Qualified candidates will offer a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration or a closely related field, or equivalent professional experience with five years of experience in a customer-facing information technology role.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in planning, evaluation, and improving technology systems. Expertise in Mac, Windows, Microsoft Office is required. Specific technical skills that include hardware and software troubleshooting, issue research and resolution, networking, video conferencing, and custom business applications are required.

Sort & Post Sort (Pay Range $11-$12/hr.)
Work Schedule: M-F 8am to 4:30PM
• Responsible for sorting all incoming customer technology equipment.
• Sort them in their proper areas and ready to be delivered to the right tech team
• This position requires someone to be on their feet all day and the ability to lift up to 50lbs
• The ability to move and process incoming equipment quickly and in an organized manner.
