Project Manager

Project Manager provides project support and leadership to cross-functional teams consisting of members from key business functions and technical functions to document, analyze, and lead improvement initiatives.  The Project Manager will be Responsible for a variety of things including:  Project evaluation, definition/goal setting, project planning and identifying/securing appropriate resources.  The chosen candidate will be managing team responsibilities for several process improvement projects and/or activities and the overall responsibility for ensuring project implementation and/or support within scope of responsibility, to include activities such as process flow definition, operational readiness support, process documentation, communication, and/or project management.



  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Establish, maintain and manage the relationship with third parties/vendors and all internal and external stakeholders
  • Perform risk management to mitigate project risks
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Developing and presenting recommendations to leadership
  • Develop and manage relationships with cross-functional stakeholders



  • Very good educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering
  • Proven working experience in project management in the information technology sector
  • Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office/Project
  • PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 5-7 years related work experience
