J.M. Neil & Assoc., Inc. (JMN) is a woman-owned and operated personnel consulting and staffing solutions company. JMN has successfully partnered with federal and commercial clients across the U.S. and internationally to provide Executive Search Services, Contingent and Workforce Management Services, and Outsourced Project Solutions for over 30 years. Our clients are as diverse as we are: Global corporations, technological companies, financial institutions, engineering firms, data analytics and the wireless industries. As change management practitioners, we understand the ever changing regulatory requirements in business and government which enables us to provide our clients with impeccable support in business.

Founded in 1986, J.M. Neil established headquarters in Kansas City, MO. Colleen Ellis, President and CEO, began her employment in 1994 and acquired ownership in 2007. J.M. Neil has been known for excellent responsiveness and effective solutions for clients in both private business and in local, regional, and Federal Government. JMN has a long standing reputation as the industry leader possessing the experience to deploy small to large recruiting efforts, identify potential staff in competitive markets, and manage staff at a distance.

J.M. Neil has experienced significant growth through 2015 and as a leader of our industry, our mission is to live in the present, while supporting JMN’s inspiration and vision. JMN’s continued education and professional development will be sustained and developing with continued company growth. Our recruiters seek continued education annually by attending conferences affiliated with the National Association of Personnel Services.

J.M. Neil is committed to making a positive contribution to our community. We support the following organizations: Gillis Center for Children and Families; Global Initiatives Foundation; Special Olympics; Disabled American Veterans; Salvation Army; Joy International; and Hope’s Heart Orphan Foundation. J.M. Neil hosts an annual Blues, Brews & BBQ Festival to raise money and promote awareness for the children at Gillis. J.M. Neil actively supports our employees fundraising and foundation contributions by encouraging them to participate, donate, and give their time to the community outreach of their desire. J.M. Neil offers contribution matching and paid time off when volunteering at a community outreach event.
